What's your minimum order quantity? +
We offer small-batch production with a minimum of 50 yards per design. This allows emerging designers and brands to test new concepts and seasonal collections without overcommitting to inventory. Larger orders benefit from tiered pricing.
How long does the full production cycle take? +
From initial consultation to finished fabric is typically 3–4 weeks. This includes design refinement, sample approval, and production. Rush orders (2–3 weeks) are available for an expedite fee. We'll provide a precise timeline after discussing your project scope.
What fiber options do you offer? +
We work with organic cotton (GOTS-certified), recycled polyester, linen, hemp, wool blends, and custom fiber combinations. All our materials are sourced from suppliers committed to environmental and social responsibility. We'll help you select fibers that align with both your design goals and values.
Do you offer custom dyeing and finishing? +
Yes. We offer natural and low-impact synthetic dyeing, as well as finishing services such as stonewashing, soft-hand treatments, water repellency, and flame resistance. Discuss your finishing requirements during the design phase so we can price accordingly.
Can I see a sample before full production? +
Absolutely. We always produce a pre-production sample (typically 5–10 yards) for your approval before scaling to your full order. Sample review and approval is included in our standard timeline, and you only proceed to full production once you're completely satisfied with color, weave, and feel.
